Moving home

Sorting out an account with your water company is just one of the many things you need to do when you move home.

Wherever you're moving to, you'll need to let us know about your change of address using our online account management facility.

Once your account is set up and you're settled in, make sure you know how you're going to pay.  Setting up a Direct Debit will keep things simple and secure.

If you use large amounts of water due to a large family or medical condition, and you are in receipt of benefits, you may be eligible for help with your bill via the WaterSure Scheme.
