If you are a Severn Trent Water customer, you can easily register to manage your account online.  It's quick, secure and lets you take control of most aspects of your account.

Everything you need to register can be found on your bill:

• Your Severn Trent Water account number
• The name and address associated with the account

• tell us they've moved house
• pay online
• set up a Direct Debit
• apply for a water meter
• update a meter reading
• apply for Watercard

Registered users can do all of the above PLUS:

• manage multiple accounts
• update or cancel Direct Debits
• setup a payment schedule
• download a copy bill
• request a replacement Watercard
• update their details
• add people to the account
• remove people from the account
• cancel their Watercard
• apply for paperless bills
