In 2009, like all the water companies in England and Wales, we produced a five-year business plan. We first developed it in draft and consulted with our customers to understand what was important to them. We also worked with our quality regulators to ensure we meet all of our statutory requirements.

We submitted our Final Business Plan to Ofwat, our economic regulator, in April 2009. Ofwat has reviewed our plan, and set limits on the amount we can charge our customers in each year during 2010-15.
